Background and Experience

Facilitator & Coach, ACC

Since 2018, I’ve worked as a facilitator and coach at the intersection of communication, leadership, and behavior change, blending my unique background in performance and corporate leadership. I design and deliver learning experiences that are interactive, practical, and grounded in neuroscience, supporting individuals and teams to build skills they can use immediately. Whether facilitating group learning sessions, coaching leaders, or developing custom content, I bring a dynamic mix of presence, play, and actionable insight.

I’ve partnered with Fortune 500 companies and global teams across industries, working with individual contributors through senior executives. As a coach, I help individuals and small groups clarify goals, strengthen communication, and build sustainable habits for both personal and professional success.

Professional Background

I spent many years in Financial Services with a specialization in Operations. As a People Leader, I understand the unique challenges and fulfillment that come with leading a team. As a Project Manager with a Green Belt in Lean Management, I have experience managing cross-functional and global endeavors, and the necessity of cultural nuance and adaptive communication.

Creative Experience

After more than a decade as a professional actor and model (and a lifetime of acting from the age of 5), I know how to hold an audience - no dull PowerPoint narrations from me! I’ve done everything - film, theater, improv, voiceover, and even opera, and this adds a distinctive edge to my facilitation and coaching. This creative foundation means I show up with the intent to connect, engaging learners authentically, with an unbridled curiosity for the broad range of the human experience. Oh, and I know first hand the value of PRACTICE.

Community Engagement

Our successes do not exist in a vacuum, and over the years I’ve found numerous ways to contribute to the communities I live and work in. I served on the board of an LGBTQ & Allies Employee Resource Group, and won the 2016 Community Engagement Award for my contributions to numerous ERG events. I also was Treasurer on the Board of a non-profit theater company, and most recently was Vice President of Project My Voice, bringing self-leadership tools to underserved communities and youth.

Adaptive Learning Approaches

We all learn differently. Visual learners benefit from seeing information written and illustrated, others prefer to hear concepts described. Some are reflective and want to understand a theory or concept before trying it out, others would prefer to dive in and figure it out on the go. Not to mention the range of neurodiverse traits that shows up in how we focus and manage our brains! The goal, then, is never “one size fits all” but instead to meet people where they’re at.

My facilitation approach is to merge teaching with active discussion and activities, with the intent that people have fun as they learn, and come away with a practical action to build sustainable habits, to enhance their leadership, careers, and lives.

"The capacity to learn is a gift; the ability to learn is a skill; the willingness to learn is a choice."
